About My Practice

Frederick Vaiana was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1992. As an attorney at Voyles Vaiana Lukemeyer Baldwin & Webb, he focuses on criminal defense, striving to produce suitable results for each client's needs by utilizing all tools of the criminal justice system. In addition to criminal trial litigation, he has experience as an author and commentator, regularly co-authoring articles for The Indiana Lawyer magazine. Mr. Vaiana has served as a guest on WTLC and WFNI radio stations as well has having appeared as a legal commentator on WXIN television. He's also a contributing author to the book Inside the Minds: Strategies for Defending Sex Crimes, Thompson/Reuters Publishing.

Mr. Vaiana has been named an Indiana Super Lawyer for the years 2007-2018, inclusive, by Indianapolis Monthly and Law and Politics Magazines, and a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Indiana for the years 2011-2018, by The National Trial Lawyers. He's been selected as a Top 10 criminal defense lawyer in Indiana by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys, based in Washington, D.C. In 2013, he achieved the www.avvo.com highest rating of Superb. Additionally, he's held memberships in The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College for DUI Defense, and the criminal justice section of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
